Prof. Dr. İ. Semih Öncel

I graduated from Ege University Faculty of Medicine in 1978 and completed my specialist training in otorhinolaryngology at the same university.

Throughout my career I have carried out clinical work alongside academic posts, specialist teaching and scientific work; I became an associate professor in 1992 and a professor in 1998. Over the years I held clinical and academic positions at training and research hospitals and at universities, and took part in the work of professional bodies.

Today I see patients at my private practice in Alsancak, İzmir. The detailed professional chronology and the scientific work are set out in separate sections.
